Today, their house boasts the widest range of vintages in the profession, enriched over the years with forgotten gems from local farms.
Each vintage, distilled from cider aged up to a year, reveals a unique character. Aged first in seasoned oak to preserve their fruit, they are then refined in select casks (Sherry, Port, Sauternes...) for unmatched complexity.
